6 Simple Steps to your weddings success!
What you get:
STEP 1
Initial Consultation – Donald wants you to feel totally comfortable during the entire process of booking our services, which is why Donald offers a free, consultation with him that is no obligation before payment is fulfilled. Donald generally conducts the initial consultations via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone, however, if you would prefer to visit Donald in person that is something that can be arranged. After receiving your request Donald will hold your wedding date for 7 days after you’ve met with him, so you will have plenty of time to deliberate and make a decision before you make payment.
STEP 2
Planning Meeting – Once you’ve agreed to the process and paid in full or at least a 50% reservation fee if applicable Donald will reach out to schedule a planning meeting. This meeting is normally via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone, however, if you would prefer to visit Donald in person that is something that can be arranged. During that dialog, Donald will ask you additional questions about what you feel is important to include in your ceremony and get to know the two of you, and learn about your relationship. This information will help your officiant in writing your ceremony to make sure it reflects your beliefs and personality.
STEP 3
Ceremony Editing –Following your planning meeting, Donald will write a full draft of your ceremony and email it to you for your review. You can revise your draft ceremony as much as you’d like until it is the exact wedding ceremony you want, and then simply email your edited draft back to Donald. We want it to feel perfect – if you need additional suggestions or guidance, we are happy to help at no additional charge.
STEP 4
The Rehearsal –Donald is punctual and will arrive at your wedding rehearsal early and expect to run through the complete order of service in preparation for the wedding day. To ensure delivery of the exact ceremony you’ve discussed, and create a wonderful experience for you and your guests.
STEP 5
The Ceremony – Donald is punctual and will arrive at your wedding early to help coordinate with your attendants and vendors and get ready for the processional. Donald is more than happy to work with other wedding professionals and is comfortable with photographers taking pictures anywhere they would like during the ceremony. Donald will deliver the exact ceremony you’ve discussed, and create a wonderful experience for you and your guests.
STEP 6
Marriage License – Although it’s your responsibility to get the marriage license before the wedding, Donald will take care of signing it afterward and will relinquish the license to you to file with the appropriate office.
